We are accepting applications for the Newpreneurship programs. Programs will begin with a welcome call December 2025, for our 2026 programs. We are accepting a limited number of applicants apply asap.
Our new DIY – self-guided program is coming – Fall 2025.
Participants will meet twice monthly with the group to go through each module. As you move through each module, you will define your value proposition, your mission statement and point of view. You will create a solid business plan. We will determine what makes you different, what your superpower is, your zone of genius, and how can you make a great living sharing your expertise with the people who desperately need you. By the time you have completed the program, you will have a fully defined business, marketing plans, topics for speaking and many business assets.
And if you level up, with our 2.0 Becoming the Expert program, you will write your own book, which will be published, and be prepared to get on stages, big and small, to share your business with the people who are ready and willing to work with you.

About Your Coach – Lil Barcaski
Lil has been a self-starting entrepreneur for her entire 35 plus year career. In the past she has been a successful restaurateur and a professional actor/musician. She has helped launch many careers and new businesses.
For the last 15 years, Lil has been the CEO and project manager of both a marketing and web development company, Virtual Creatives, based out of the Tampa Bay area and more recently GWN Publishing. She is a much sought-after ghostwriter, an award winning author and well-known coach. Lil has ghostwritten dozens of books in the business, memoir, and even fiction genres. Lil also uses acting techniques to help speakers
hone their stage presentations by using her extensive training in acting, and directing.
